FRCS Family Service Centre

We are an Institution of Public Character, and have received IPC Status from 1994-2025.

Our history began in 1997, when we were started by the Foundation of Rotary Clubs (Singapore) Ltd, who make up part of our management and advisors. We are supported by Ministry of Social and Family Development, National Council of Social Service and Community Chest.
