1. The Foundation of Rotary Clubs Singapore Family Service Centre (FRCS FSC) is committed to maintaining an honest, fair, and transparent working environment that upholds the highest ethical and moral standards. All whistleblowing complaints will be handled independently, fairly, and promptly.

Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

a) Financial fraud or impropriety.

b) Legal breaches.

c) Unsafe work practices (e.g., violations of health and safety protocols).

d) Discrimination or harassment (e.g., actions that create a hostile work environment).

e) Corruption and bribery.

f) Misuse of the Centre’s assets or information (e.g., unauthorized use of Centre resources for personal gain).

2. All whistleblowing complaints should be submitted to FRCS FSC’s Management Committee Chairman and Honorary Secretary at [email protected]. A whistleblowing complaint shall, to the extent possible, include the following information:

a) Name and Contact Information: The whistleblower's name and contact information (optional, if anonymity is desired).

b) Names of Individuals Involved: Names and positions of the individuals involved in the alleged misconduct.

c) Date and Time: The date and time when the alleged misconduct occurred

d) Supporting Evidence: Any supporting evidence or documentation that can substantiate the complaint.

e) Witnesses: Names of any witnesses who may have observed or have knowledge of the misconduct.

f) Impact: Any known or potential impact of the alleged misconduct on the Centre or individuals.

3. We assure confidentiality for all whistleblowing reports. The identity of the whistleblower will be protected, unless disclosure is required by law or is necessary for the investigation. FRCS FSC strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Any acts of retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action. Once a report is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Management Committee. Investigations will be conducted impartially and confidentially, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the findings.
